Web Assignment #4


1. Alfred Stieglitz was a photographer, but he was also know as an art dealer. He is contributed to modern photography, he was a master with tones and textures, and believed that photography deserved a place among the fine arts. He is also known for saying 
"In photography there is a reality so subtle 

that it becomes more real than reality."

I choose this one because I personally love night pictures and this is put together really well; it almost looks like a painting.

3. Alfred Stieglitz was married to Georgia O'Keeffe, an American painter that specialized in landscapes and animal skulls and flowers.
I like this painting the most because i really like the red and the white together along with little hints of black; It reminds me of Canada.

EC:
After marrying Georgia, Alfred started make his photos look more like paintings. And Georgia started focusing more on lighting, textures and tones.

Web Assignment #3

1. A brownie camera is a very inexpensive camera that was designed so that anyone could use and afford it.


2.George Eastman Invented it in February of 1900.  Kodak produced it.

3. Cameras now were available to everyone, not just the rich. It opened up a whole new view on the world. It also "ebbed the flow of the modern world".
